Christian Holtkamp   President, Artistic and Tonal Director 1987 He currently designs and coordinates all essential details for each instrument that the firm produces Master of Music Degree in organ performance Past responsibilities at Holtkamp included tuning and maintenance, management of the company pipe shop, company draftsman, voicing, and director of tonal design AIO, AGO, OHS

Been in manufacturing since 1987, started his own practice in 1996.

Ben Al-Doory Shop Foreman 2000

Oversees shop production and leads installations

Attended Lakeland Community College Apprenticed with Holtkamp and is now the shop foreman OSCPA, OHS, AGO  
Michelle Case Office Manager  2013

Manages daily office related tasks      

Degree in International Business 2013. Worked in the general office field for over 20 years.

Involved with installations and erecting pipe organs    

Industrial Electronics Worked since 1980 in furniture restoration, cabinet building, millwork and finished carpentry.    
Akil Gina Pipe Maker 2002 Metal casting and planing in addition to flue pipe production Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, trained with Holtkamp Worked as an industrial engineer designing and fabricating production machinery    
Tim Rasper Pipe Maker 1988 Produces fine zinc and lead/tin flue pipes


Holds a BA in Music Ed from Concordia University, trained with Holtkamp  

He is a professional organist. Has worked for Holtkamp since 1988.

Builds the organ consoles

Apprenticed as cabinetmaker Has been been mastering his trade ever since 1972.     
Greg Sparks Service Specialist / Organ Builder 1995 Performs a variety of general and specialized organ building tasks Holds a BM from Oberlin Conservatory Worked since 1981 in organ building and has extensive experience in tracker and electro pneumatic organ systems. He is also a professional organist. AGO, OHS  
Tim Kennedy Woodworker  2014 Construction of Internal Mechanisms   Techology & Business Mgmt School  Was a Journeyman Carpenter for 15 years     
George Cooper Voicer / Service Specialist 1997 Leads renovation and restoration projects, service and tuning Music training at the University of Colorado Worked as self employed organ parts manufacturer, for Arndt Organ Co. in the production shop and was a service technician at Holtkamp before becoming a voicer  ATOS, FOPS, COAA  
Burton Linhardt  Service Specialist / Organ Builder 1980

Performs a variety of general and specialized organ building tasks        




Sean Estanek Lead Voicer / Service Specialist 2009

Responsible for in-shop voicing and on-site tonal finishing, service and tuning   

Apprenticed with Holtkamp for two years in 2002 He worked for three other well known pipe organ builders and was a self-employed organ service technician
